Important Announcement!

Starting 3rd January 2022, J&T Express has made changes on AWB handling to standardize the use of thermal print waybill (AWB) nationwide.
You may refer to this notice below for further clarification
Dear customers,
In regards to the recent AWB Handling Notice, to standardise the use of thermal print waybill (AWB) nationwide, J&T Express would like to clarify the following issue.
We are still accepting parcels with the existing paper-printed AWB. The purpose of the said A4 paper AWB change to thermal printed AWB is to reduce the irregularity of the AWB format and avoid AWB loss. In any case of drop-off or pick-up requests, as long as there is an A4 paper AWB parcel, all parcels will transfer back to the drop point and J&T Express will assist customers to replace the A4 paper AWB with thermal printed AWB for a more durable adhesive.
We would like to apologies for any inconvenience and misunderstanding that occurred and thank you for your understanding of this matter.
Sincerely,
J&T Express Malaysia Team
