1. Log in to your account



2. Click “Single Shipment”



3. Fill up the details in the Quote and Book section and click “Get Price List”



4. Choose your preferred courier and choose “Pick Up” or “Drop off” in the method column, then click “select”.



5. Click “Agree & Continue” to proceed.



6. Fill up the details and click “Save to Cart”



7. Select the shipment that you wish to proceed and click “Checkout”.



8. Click “Pay with Credit” to proceed with payment.



9. Click “Download Consignment Note” to print the awb.

1. Log in to your account



2. Click “Single Shipment”



3. Fill up the details in the Quote and Book section and click “Get Price List”



4. Choose your preferred courier and choose “Pick Up” or “Drop off” in the method column, then click “select”.



5. Click “Agree & Continue” to proceed.



6. Fill up the details accordingly.

Reminder:

  • Only the amount declared in the Cash on Delivery box will be collected from the recipient. Please include both Delivery and COD fee in the declared amount if you wish the recipient to bear the cost.
  • COD fee is RM7 or 4% of the content value (whichever is higher).
  • Please contact our customer support team if you have any questions or require further assistance.


7. Click “Save to Cart” when you’re done.



8. If you are a first time COD user, you will be required to verify your bank details (for payment purpose) before you can proceed to check out. Click the blue link



9. Fill up the details accordingly and click “Submit”.



10. You are done when the verification status has changed to “Verified”. Click the cart icon on the top right to proceed.



11. Select the shipment and click “Checkout”.



12. Click “Pay with Credit” to proceed with payment.

HOW TO BOOK SAME-DAY DELIVERY SERVICE

1. Log in to your account



2. Click “Same Day”



3. Fill the pick up/ sender address details and click “Get Coordinate”.



4. The full address will appear. Click “select” if the address is accurate. If the suggested address is not accurate, click “view map” to confirm your address.



5. Fill the receiver’s address and click “Get Coordinate”.



6. The full address will appear. Click “select” if the address is accurate. If the suggested address is not accurate, click “view map” to confirm your address.



7. Fill in the parcel’s weight and select the content type. Click “Get Quote” to proceed.



8. Choose your preferred provider and click “select”.



9. Fill up the required details and click “Save To Cart” when you’re done.



10. Click “Pay with Credit” to proceed with payment.



11. Click “Download Consignment Note” to print the awb.

USE OUR BULK UPLOAD FEATURE FOR FASTER AND

1. Log in to your account



2. Click “Bulk Upload”



3. Close the pop-up window.



4. Download the template in .xls format.



5. Open the downloaded file.



6. Fill up the details accordingly. Refer to the guidelines provided to make sure you fill in accurately.



7. Go back to your MPA dashboard and click “Upload MPA Bulk File (.xls)". Make sure your file is saved in .xls format.



8. Upload the complete .xls template file.



9. System will validate the data.



10. The system will list out all the error found. Fix the error accordingly and re-upload the amended document until success.



11. All shipments will be ready in your cart.



12. Select all and click “Checkout”.



13. Click “Pay with credit” to complete the payment.



14. Print the consignment note by clicking “Others” button



HOW TO CREATE SOCIAL LINK ADDRESS

1. Log in to your account



2. Click “Social Address”



3. Click “General Link”.



4. Click “Create New” untuk mencipta link anda.



5. Complete the details with * and click “Save”.



6. Click “Copy Address Link” to share with your customers via Whatsapp or your social media page.



7. Click “All list” to view the list of completed details of your customers.



8. Click “Check Price” to continue shipping the parcel.



9. Choose courier and select “Pick Up” or “Drop off” in Method column. Then, click “select”.

*Make sure you purchase the topup package first to enjoy the exclusive rates.



10. Click “Agree & Continue” to proceed.



11. Complete the details and click “Save to Cart”.



12. Select all and click “Checkout”.



13. Click “Pay with credit” to complete the payment.



14. Payment successful! Click “Download Consignment Note” to print the awb.



HOW TO CANCEL A SHIPMENT

1. Log in to your account



2. Click “All Shipment”



3. Select the shipment that you wish to proceed and click “more”. Then, click “Request Cancellation”



4. Click “OK” to proceed.



5. The status will change to “Refund Requested”. The credit will be refunded into your account within 2 working days.



HOW TO RESCHEDULE A NEW PICK UP

1. Log in to your account



2. Click “All Shipment”



3. Select the shipment that you wish to reschedule the pick up and click “more”



4. Click “Choose Date” and select your preferred date.



5. The status will change to Pending Pickup. Your parcel will be pick up on your selected date, between 2 to 6 pm



HOW TO REDEEM FREE FLYERS

1. Log in to your account



2. Click “Topup” on the left sidebar



3. Click “Redeem Flyers”



4. Click “Please Choose Size” and select your preferred size



5. Click “Redeem Now” to proceed



6. The tracking no. will appear once your redemption has been processed



HOW TO INTEGRATE WITH MYPARCEL ASIA

Peringatan:

  • Hanya nilai yang dinyatakan di dalam kotak Cash on Delivery box sahaja yang akan dibayar oleh penerima. Anda dinasihati untuk memasukkan caj penghantaran dan COD sekiranya anda mahu penerima untuk menanggung kos tersebut.
